An entire HMI design team dedicated to your product
Motorcycle, powerboat, ATV, or any other vehicle–we’ll design the HMI components that you need.
Overview
Our engineering team stands ready to design the custom HMI components you want to set your product apart from the rest. We’ve designed and manufactured innovative clocksprings, heated grips, and steering wheels, along with other components for a broad range of vehicles; each customized to their unique (or exact) specifications.
Our Design Process
Our team is your team. We collaborate with you on every detail of the project. You specify the component requirements and brand aesthetics, and we’ll deliver a custom design with manufacturability and quality in mind.

Step 01
We begin with a feasibility study to understand your requirements and determine any design and manufacturing constraints that may exist.
Step 02
We’ll benchmark your concept against other products in the market. In this step, we’ll also provide a preliminary cost and timeline for design and production.
Step 03
During the design process, we develop several design options for your evaluation and consideration and iterate on design revisions until a final design is approved.
Step 04
Once a design concept is approved, we build a working prototype for your engineering team to review and approve.
Step 05
Following the approved design and prototype, the production costs for the entire project will be finalized.
Step 06
The last step is to finalize the drawings, prep materials, tool the parts and prepare for the initial product sample run.

Our Design Aim
We aim to design innovative Human Machine Interface components that make our client’s product shine.
Components That Make Your Product Stand Out
You want to differentiate your products–make them stand out from the competition. Our innovative designs give your product that distinctive edge.
Products Built To Withstand The Elements
Your customers take your products to the limit. That’s why we design and build components to withstand extreme temperatures, wet conditions, and plenty of dirt.
Components Personalized To Your Brand Experience
Our designs express your brand. From its shape, to the colors, engravings, and logos, your brand will shine through on any component or product we design for you.
